The Bishop of Lust and Lechery is a handsome charismatic individual. Graduating from the seminary at the top of his class and only just being accepted into The Clergy, Libidine has been rising through the ranks only to be placed close to Cardinal Copia.

Wanting to follow in the footsteps of the Emeritus brothers, mostly Papa Emeritus II and III. The Bishop sets his sights on the Papa status as he tries everything he can to gain the attention of Papa Nihil. His goal is to let everyone act on their lust for fleshly pleasure.

He stands at 6'1, weighs at 175 lbs. His signature left eye being white could mean that he is related to Papa Nihil, possibly part of the bloodline and related to the Cardinal. His other eye is brown, with brown hair that he keeps neatly pulled back, he wears a top skull face paint with a black jaw bottom, differing from the previous Papas skull paints.
