I'm looking at my story uploads from pre-downtime and wondering why mine got so fucked and others haven't. I'm honestly not sure what to do with it, because I want to keep uploading here, but it's like...
That's thousands of stories. LITERALLY thousands. And they're all un-formatted. I have to admit that it's really discouraging regarding uploading here again.

From the discord group, they are aware of stories losing their formatting and are working on fixing it. So hopefully you won't have to do anything.
