Growing up in a quiet town was never easy, there wasn't much to do or much to see.  And everyone knew each other by name, so Kieva's passion was not exactly in demand, or great supply out there.  He practiced at home with it, and his parents never understood why the young dog would strap on a pair of roller blades every day.  He learned to skate, and at ten he finally got the chance to play Ice Hockey.  In fact, he played from there on for the rest of his youth - he even went away and made a high school team(It was surprising enough that they had one.)  But his persistence would pay off one day.  Offered a college scholarship, the dog went to play hockey for a well known school.

That's where he took off, scoring three goals in the Frozen fur tournament got him drafted in to the Furry Hockey League.  Of course, this was the happiest day of his young life.  His first year in the league would be one to remember... he's one of those people that bring everything and more to a competition, and he doesn't quit.
