This is Apex, and he's a Zenith Dragon.
He's the most annoying little shit. He likes bother you when you're trying to work
or eat tacos
or literally anything else

Apex is related, I guess to ampitheres, but he has front claws, and Ampitheres don't have any legs.
His back legs turned into wings, too, but they're not full size wings. I guess they're winglets.
