Original idea for the Lion King, circa 1992, entitled the Hyena Prince. Concept was later changed from Hyenas to Lions after writers felt Lions would appeal to viewers more. As we see, from this early story board, the character named Asar is with his pet hornbill, who would eventually become Zazu for the film.

So, now that you've figured out I'm full of crap and having some fun. That's just plain old Osiris drawn in a new style. The concept idea for the remake of Two Silver Ankhs. And yes, that is Zazu on his arm. It's for the lols.
