\n I sit upon my bed at night
\n\n and yet I cannot sleep
\n\n all I do is sit and think
\n\n and weep and weep and weep
\n\n I weep for those who know me
\n\n and hate me to the core
\n\n I weep for those who've heard of me
\n\n and the things that I adore
\n\n No matter where I go or tread
\n\n it's always been the same
\n\n people always run or hide
\n\n or improve their hateful aim
\n\n Those who know me
\n\n all say the same mean, and hurtful thing
\n\n our lives would've been way better
\n\n if we’d never heard of him
\n\n Yet those who like me, for who I am
\n\n look past my diseased part
\n\n they figure their lives surely couldn't
\n\n see a better start
\n\n Yet as they drag me along
\n\n all I can ask is why?
\n\n No benefit will come of me
\n\n so why do you even try?
\n\n They drag me on and on and on
\n\n but I only slow them down
\n\n be free of me, forevermore
\n\n just leave me here to drown
\n\n Happiness eluded me,
\n\n in order for it to come
\n\n I escaped to virtual worlds and times
\n\n too hard to overcome
\n\n yet all throughout, I managed to see
\n\n one spot of hope and light
\n\n this happiness was brief but bright
\n\n and rid me of this blight
\n\n To the girl I love, where are you now?
\n\n I found in an endless sea
\n\n of people wrought with pain and doubt
\n\n please hear my sorrow plea
\n\n To be with you is all I ask
\n\n to be within your arms
\n\n to find happiness, in this world of death
\n\n to be far out of harms
\n\n Please return my feelings please
\n\n I know you know it's true
\n\n look to your heart, and I know you will
\n\n believe it is true too
\n\n Do what you may, do what you might
\n\n I am near the end
\n\n no more can I lose from this world
\n\n nothing more that I can mend
\n\n I love you is the hardest words
\n\n one can ever say
\n\n hopefully this poem speaks them
\n\n in a way I could never say
\n
