October is Breast Cancer Awareness Month. And once again, I commissioned a piece to bring awareness to the cause. My aunt is a breast cancer survivor. So it is kind of personal.

This year, I asked TrekkieGal to do the honors. The idea was to have Tamara holding a sign promoting the month. The sign being large enough to cover her mid-section, cause there is a "nude" version of this image, which will be posted later. Well, TrekkieGal decided to use a pink towel in place of the sign. 

Ladies, I cannot stress this enough. Get checked annually. And do a self-check; if you feel something unusual, go get it looked at. Guys too: yes, men can get breast cancer. Same deal, fellas.
