If it's regarding her odd torso proportions, I already got a lot of suggestions on FA :P I don't mind crits, as long as they are positive! I'm not really a fan of harsh criticisms, although it does work for some people. haha

Okay, a few things I want to put in the open.

When I'm looking at this, it screams more or less aquatic, however, the scales seem to denote a more land based lifestyle. I say this because of the heavy ruffling along the shoulders, elbows, and base of the tail. It's less streamlined, more resistant to aquatic movement.

My actual first theory was possibly a second stage of evolution? Sort of like an amphibian, such as frogs? Kind of the in between phase of coming out of water onto land.

Anyhow, moving along, if you want it based completely on water living, Might think about dropping in wider toes, with webbing interconnecting them. The same with the hands, but only, say, to the first knuckle joint. That'll add swim power, while not interfering with dexterousness.

Next, if you do make the nipples glow, I'd recommend first darkening (to the extreme, such as navy blue or midnight blue), or lightening (to an off white matte grey) the scale pigmentation (entire body), and adding glow stripes and/or dots along the rest of the body, as well as the inside of the mouth and cloaca/vagina. Furthermore, I'd have to say that, unless there's magical alterations to the character, then having glowing bits would only be useful for a deep water character (deep sea, if not oceanic).

Unless there is magic in which case none of my additions save for the webbing would really apply.

There's more stuff, I'm sure, that I wanted to say before, but... I've forgotten what all of it was. I'll note it in additional comments if I remember... Hope this was all helpful. :3
