Claude Monet was a big inspiration behind much of the background foliage, especially his 1860's works.

I think I've heard that name before, I'm not much of an artist myself. x3 Still, great work :)

Thanks Goddy! It's a fun challenge to try to cast light on things to get them to all jive with each other. Surprisingly logical but can be such a tedious "ray tracing" type of thinking, marching backwards to each light source. I'm working on trying to speed up the process. Chances are some of the rules I think are true might just be different parts of something more unified.
