Taya and Asami wrist bands beeped letting them know the mission as a success. They were tracking Ace Athena and Chase.

“This is taking too long…" Asami said growing impatient.

She closed her eyes and her large ears twitched perking straight up facing forward. Like all fennecs Asami possessed a great sense of hearing however thanks to intense training hearing was so good she could hear a person's heart beat at 50 paces. She was also able to block out all other noises and sounds except for the one she was looking for. By doing this she can pick up the sound of her target from miles away at times, making her a master tracker. After a few moments she picked up the sound of Ace's voice which was very close. She dashed off with Taya in toe. He was still at the river bed, despite Athena treatment Fang bomb did a lot of internal damage she would need to get him to her office. He protested insisting he was fine but Athena knew better. Their bickering would lead Asami and Taya right to him.

Meanwhile Chase sat listening to the Ace and Athena argue, He wanted to speak up but learned when he was a kid not that when Athena was having an argument there was no chance of him getting a word in. He smiled at bit. Even after all these years away from each other Athena hasn't changed a bit. She was still that lovely kind girl he met washed up on his beach; he also spotted a golden ring around her finger. He knew an engagement ring when he saw one but he wasn't bothered as long as she was happy. There were many times he felt like giving up hope of ever seeing her again and if it wasn't for the skull hunters that was a very real possibility.

“I told you, you need to rest! “Athena snapped.

“I'M HERE TO SAVE YOU! NOW DON'T ARGUE I AM YOUR FATHER" Ace shouted back.

“AND I AM YOUR PHYSIAN, IF YOU DON'T DO WHAT I SAY I WILL TELL MOM!" Athena retorted

Ace growls his ears flattening in defiance.

“You wouldn't DARE…" He growled

“TRY me…because you know if mom finds out you been pushing yourself while injured again the only pleasure you will be getting while you recover will be from a dirty magazine and your right paw. “Athena said smiling showing her fangs.

Ace growls but knew when he was beaten. He hit a few button in his wrist ban broadcasting his location. Chase Suddenly drew his sword as Taya walked out gun drawn.

“Relax they are with me." Ace said

Taya holster her weapon. She looked Chase up and down but wasn't too impressed with him at all. Asami closes her eyes perking her ears again after a few seconds she managed to pin point Jet and Flora's location.

“They have a camp not far from here come on." Asami said.

Taya looks Ace over.

“Can you move him?" She asked.

“Yes But we have to be careful." Athena answered.

Chase and Taya went through the woods and cut down a few small trees. Athena gathered Vines tethering the sticks making a crude makeshift stretcher. Asami lifted a paw her eyes flashing, Ace began to levitate off the ground and onto the stretcher Athena picked up the back end Chase lifted the front with Asami taking point leading them to the camp, Asami following the GPS in her wrist band. Chase stopped; looking around. He knew they were being watched.

“We are being watched." He said calmly.

The others got on their guard looking around before the air around them grew an eerie chill. Soon they saw a female Kitsune wearing the typical skull hunter badge along with a blue and white kimono. Her fur was white as snow except for the hint of mauve on her paws and foot fur, her white hair was long and free flowing all the way down to her rump. Like most furs she wore no shoes exposing her foot paws, aside from a pair of sandals that resembled what people in japan wore in ancient times. She was very beautiful like a priestess or a shrine maiden. She had a huge scar over each eye. But unlike most kitsune who usually hid their tails for camouflage she had all 6 of her tails out for all to see. This meant she had no fear of anyone discovering what she was which made her more dangerous. She kept walking keeping them closed drawing closer the aura she gave off makes Taya and the other instinctually want to run. They quickly hid hoping to not draw the fox's attention, With Ace wounded and Asami and Taya still exhausted from their battle they were in no shape fight her. They barely won a fight with a one tail and two tailed Kitsune but in their current state they were not match for a 6 tail. They hid   behind a few large trees not moving barely breathing. It was quiet all they could hear was Nami footsteps as she got closer and closer.

Nami stopped walking just in front of the trees. She looked over and smiled a bit.

“You know if I wanted to kill you I would have done so when you were at the river bank." She said calmly.

She walks over to the tree Chase was behind walking around it slowly. Athena tried to react but her body wouldn't move.  Chase lost control of his body as well it felt like his muscles were charley horsing up. Nami was in front of him at this point. She caressed his cheek never opening her eyes. He came to a realization this kitsune was blind.  Even so that didn't mean she was any less dangerous.

“Relax….I don't plan on killing you…Chase was it?" Nami said softly.

She waited for an answer and her ears flattened a bit when he remained silent.

“You know when a lady asks your name it's only proper to introduce yourself…In fact I dare say it would be better for your health if you DID answer me, because I said I had no interest in killing YOU human I said nothing about THEM…but if you tell me you have my word I will not kill them today." She said in a scolding yet firm manner.

Chase narrowed his eyes but yielded he knew she was not bluffing. In their current condition Nami could make short work of each of them but she wasn't attacking and he didn't want to give her a reason to start.

“Yes it is Chase." He answered

“Chase…..I will not forget it." Nami answered.

Satisfied she walked back out to the path on her way and was soon gone. Chase quickly regained the use of his body and let out a sigh. He chastised himself for being so careless to allow Nami to get the better of him like that. Athena looked him over making sure he was alright. Soon they were on their way again making their way to the camp. It didn't take too long when Chase looked out seeing the smoke from a campfire over the horizon where the others waited. Jet slept on a cot. Flora had enough of him refusing to hold still and gave him a very strong tranquilizer so she could work in peace. Now he was sleeping it off. Ace smiled glad to see his old friends and comrades again All in all Kiyo and Jaden looked the same, Flora was laying on her back gazing at the sky as the sun began to set.

“Your friend will be back soon I hope." She said.

“Toshiro promised he would be back he will come back." Jaden reassured.

“We could call our ships here remotely." Taya said.

“What about Ace's ship?" Asami asked.

“I can fly it. I have done it many times." Athena.

“YOU ARE NOT FLYING MY SHIP IN THE IN YOUR CONDITION!" Ace protested before whining as a jolt of pain shot through his body.

“We don't have a choice dad you need to rest and I am the only one who can fly a ship. Do you expect the humans to do it? They don't know shit about flying that ship. No offence guys" Athena said.

“None taken." The trio said in unison

“I agree with another skull hunter running loose it's too risky for you to journey alone. We will wait for Toshiro." Asami said.

 Athena rubs her arm softly. Later that night the other were all fast asleep Chase was keeping watch. She saw Chase at the fire and sat next to him. Chase smiled at her as she was wearing Flora's scrubs a much better outfit then the make shift halter top.

“That a nice ring….he is a lucky guy." Chase said breaking the silence.

Athena smiled but looked at her ring a bit ashamed.

“Yeah…I'm sorry it's just it was so long I didn't think I would see you again." Athena said.

“You don't owe me an explanation as long as you're happy that's all that matters, I was married not too long ago." Chase said.

Athena could sense the edge in his voice.

“What happened?" She asked carefully

Chase got a cold look in his eyes before speaking.

 “Lots of things….Turned out she was only with me for money and a place to live. She was perfect till we moved in together then she made up every excuse she could to avoid me, always asking for money…she would even pick fights just so she could leave the house, she even cheated on our honey moon with her Ex and had his baby… trying to pin it on me. She swore blind after the DNA test our honey moon as the only time but I find it funny how the EX just HAPPENED to be where we were honey mooning I have a feeling she was seeing him more times then she would admit.  Then one day….Shin appeared and killed her and the baby." Chase said.

 “Is that all?" Athena hissed.

Chase looked her taken aback he did not expecting to hear such a cold response.

“Chase I am sorry for your loss I truly am But  anyone who can betray the one they call mate in such a way deserves to die a thousand deaths each 10 times worse than the last especially when the person they are hurting is as good as you. I know it sounds cruel of me to say." Athena said firmly

“No you are speaking your mind, something I always admired about you. Also you're right. There is no forgiving what she did….not a day went by that I didn't resent her for it but she didn't deserve that…When I first went on this journey it was mainly to get revenge." Chase said.

“And Now?" She asked

“Now…I want to make sure wat happened to my planet doesn't happen to any others." Chase said.

Athena smiled leaning back a bit. Chase wasn't that little kid she knew anymore he was very wise and mature even more so than her current mate.

“You've grown up haven't you.....Oh here is a picture of my mate Rozar." Athena said handing him a picture she had in her pendant. It was the only thing besides her ring the skull hunters didn't take from her.

Chase took it and his eye went wide. It was that SAME earth class dragon who almost shot Flare. Chase gripped the photo as his rage swelled if there was one thing Chase hated it was cheater, worse a bully.

 “This dirty bastard was trying to force himself on Flare when we were on the oblivion before he tried to shoot her in the head for refusing him. He almost killed her." Chase snapped.

 Athena gave him a look of shock. That was a very serious accusation however she also knew that Chase would never lie to her she took the picture back.

“You're sure it was him?" She asked.

Chase nodded.

“Flare also burned his left paw when he grabbed her. Athena I think he would have raped her given the chance." He said firmly

Athena narrowed her eyes and pulled out a com link Flora gave her.

“We'll see about that… I need to make a call hide NOW." She growled.

Chase knew that tone and quickly   moved out of sight. He hid behind a tent as Athena hit a few buttons soon a holographic image of the drake came into view.

“Hey babe, how are you?" he said smiling.

“Dear what happened to your paw?" Athena asked already knowing the answer.

“Oh this, just a work accident." Rozar said.

“Yes well putting your hands on Flare that will happen" Athena said flatly.

“I have no idea what you are talking about" Rozar fibbed.

Athena knew he was lying through his teeth but she wanted to hear him admit it so she set a small trap for him.

I am going to the bathroom. She set the commutator down and walked off. Once she was out of Razor line of sight she gestured for chase to walk over when he did the drake grew agitated.

“YOU!" Rozar hissed.

“Hey don't blame me just because you got burned trying to force yourself on your mate's sister." Chase quipped.

“Look you hairless monkey you best mind your own business and keep that mouth of yours shut or I am gonna..." Rozar begin to threaten but Athena cut him off.

“You're going to what? “ Athena said walking up.

He took the bait like she anticipated but she did not expect him to threaten Chase like that which only made her angrier though her calm look hide it well. Rozar stood there looking at her.

 “Come on babe Are you really going to believe this HUMAN over me?"  He growled.

“I don't have to YOU confessed!" Athena said

Rozar growled viciously.

“So what, If you weren't such a fucking prude I wouldn't have to get it elsewhere! I am lucky to even get a kiss out of you! YOU are MY woman but yet you never take care of MY needs all you do is work and sleep! We haven't had sex ONCE since we have been together, every time you tell me no, I thought if we started courting  that would change but here you are  you are still refusing to put out, I am sick of jerking myself off. If you won't I will find someone who will." he hissed.

“Then you can live with them I will have you things sent to you" Athena said coldly.

Rozar's growl grew louder as he fixated on Chase.

 “You think you can just up and leave me you little cunt!? I could have any female I wanted but I settled for YOU and now you just want to leave just like that No, YOU OWE ME! Let's see how you feel when I kill that human in a mate ship duel tomorrow! YOU ARE MY WOMAN YOU WILL SERVE MY NEEDS EVEN IF I HAVE TO FORCE YOU TO DO IT!"  He roared before hanging up.

Athena sighed she had let her temper get the better of her now Chase was roped into a fight that didn't concern him.

 “Sorry Chase...I didn't think he would challenge you like that, but when I heard him threatening you I just let my temper get the better of me…I will talk to mom maybe she can get someone to fight in your place or talk him out of it." She said softly looking down in shame.

“We're not kids anymore Athena, I can handle this." Chase said firmly.

“Chase its dangerous he could KILL you." She protested.

“You heard what he said Athena; he has every intention of raping you if he has to. You helped me when I needed it now it's my turn." Chase said patting her shoulder.

The next morning the group woke to the sound of aircraft. Taya and Asami rushed out to see several air craft with the dragon elite guard crest on them. Toshiro waved as the craft landed. It reminded Kiyo of a chopper only it used turbines and jet engines F.A.S Medical personal soon rushes out putting Jet and Ace into stretcher carrying them into the vehicle. Chase saw Amane, a tall female rabbit with short hair that went to her shoulders. She stood about 6 foot 9 her ears adding another 2 feet, She had a thick hourglass build complete with E cup breasts with blonde yellow fur mixed with white on her hands feet and belly. She made her way to Kiyo.

“So YOU are the humans I need to register in our colony? YOU'RE THE ones who helped bring down Kira?" She asked looking him up and down inspecting him.

“Amane… you would do well to be nicer to our guests." Taya warned

The lapine quickly stood at attention acknowledging Taya, Kiyo could tell Taya was obviously the rabbit's superior officer.

“Yes ma'am sorry ma'am." Amane said firmly.

 Kiyo and the rest waited at the camp while Taya escorted by Amane made their way to her ship as  Asami, and Athena did the same Piloting Ace's ship and Toshiro did the same to Jet's. Jaden, Chase, and Kiyo boarded the transport with a loud hum of the engine the crafts took off into the sky; it only took around 10 minutes to reach the capital city. Chase was amazed seeing all the tall building they looked very similar to earth's city before the skull hunter attack only the buildings were far more futuristic. Once they landed Athena brought straight to an examine room despite her protests Chase was not allowed to go in with her and the room was under heavy guard. Chase sighed turning to look for a place to sit.  He saw other furs and reptoids of all races even a few who were dinosaurs such as Raptors and Triceratops. They many stared at him as he was an alien to them and most have never seen a human before and were curious while with the furs the reactions were more mixed. Many furs gave him nasty looks others didn't mind his presence. He eland back and closed eyes for a few minutes relax before they shot open seeing a massive claw in front of him. He lurched to the side quickly avoiding getting his head taken off jumping to his feet. He felt a sting and touch his forehead seeing blood on his hand. Rozar stood in front of him claws out.

“I've been looking for you human. Fitting that you're already in the hospital but when I am through with you will be in the MORGUE!" The drake growled lunging at him again.

 Chase avoided the swipes from the enraged dragon.

“Athena was kidnapped and tortured and all you care about is getting your rocks off and killing me!?" Chase asked.

Rozar smirked.

“You think I care!? Look I don't know how you humans mate but for dragons her job is to do 2 things lay eggs and serve her male's needs. I could have any woman in the world but I settled for her. Do you have ANY idea of all the perks you get from dating a dragon noble I mean my clan is pretty rich and I bred more than my fair share of females but with her I will be able to live in the lap of luxury never having to worry about anything again and I WONT let some hairless ape ruin it for me!" He growled.

Chase remained calm he knew Athena was not stupid. If this male got her to agree to marry him he must have put on an Oscar worthy performance. The dragon lunged at him again trying to slash at him. Chase just kept dodging not wanting to put the patients and staff in the hospital at risk by fighting back and Rozar knew it hoping to use it to his advantage, Flora watched from the distance her paws began to give off a faint glow of dark energy. Rozar knocked out Chase's legs with his tail knocking the human onto his back razing his paw claws out before a naginata landed between the two a huge blast of wind knocking the drake back.

“Stay out of this Venus!" Rozar growled.

“This is a hospital, if you want to fight him take it outside away from innocents or the next one will be in your skull." Venus warned.

 Rozar growled before snorting and walking out while Chase got to his feet. Flora narrowed her eyes the faint dark glows disappearing.

“We will settle this in the courtyard!" He shouted as he left.

Venus smiles at Chase as she picked up her weapon.

“It's been a while Chase….you've grown." Venus said.

“Yeah, sorry about all this." Chase said.

“Don't worry; I heard every word I will have him arrested." Venus said.

“No, I will face him and I will beat him." Chase said picking up his sword.

“Very well then" Venus said.

Chase dashed out to the courtyard where Rozar waited. A few dragons flew in soon an entire crowd had gathered even with the ground the courtyard was the size of a football field it even had a river. Rozar grinned showing his fangs before reaching into his pocking pulling out two 12 inch knives. He lunches at Chase slicing at his throat. Chase stepped back before thrusting his sword still sheathed into the dragons gut making him gag before striking his skull making him fall on his side. Rozar growled pressing a glowing paw to the ground pulling up some of the pavement. He threw it at Chase. Chase quickly drew his sword cutting the chunk of rock but Rozar appears right behind it slugging Chase hard sending him crashing into the river nearby. With a roar Rozar spread his wings flying up after him.

“I underestimated you once that won't happen again!" He growled.

With that being said the drake spat a huge stream of fire down on Chase causing steam and white smoke to kick up from the. Finally he stopped waiting for the steam to clear.

“Where is the body? I know I didn't burn him to ashes. Where are you?" He thought to himself as he flew lower looking around carefully.

“RIGHT HERE!"

 Rozar spun around to see Chase drive his sword down hard cutting him deeply across the chest. The dragon roared in again hitting the water. Chase swam back to shore making his way up to the land. Rozar shot out of the water blood dripping from the cut on his chest.

“That river is a lot deeper than it looks. I barely managed to dive avoiding that blast." Chase said.

“Smart human tell you what when I am done with that whore I will name our first son after you as a sign of respect. OH I can imagine holding her down listening to her screams." Rozar taunted

Chase however was not unscathed he did get burned a bit. Rozar growled diving at Chase pulling out two more knives, the two clashes Chase ducked low cutting Razor across the knee before kicking him hard in the face sending him crash landing into the ground. Rozar got up quickly and lashes out with his knives again Chase side stepped him striking the drake hard on the back of the skull   sending him into the dirt once more. It was becoming clear that despite being an earth class Rozar either had very little skill in using his power or he lacked training whatever the case Chase  had him on the ropes. This time Chase did not keep his temper in check. Rozar groaned as Chase stepped up behind him, a look of pure hatred in his eyes. Rozar deceived Athena he cared nothing for her she was just trophy wife as a means to increase his own status. He didn't even care if the skull hunters killed her so long as he got his perks, and he made it clear if he won this duel he had every intention if forcibly breeding her. Who was to say he wouldn't murder her when he grew bored of her or found something better.

“GET UP YOU BASTARD, I'M ABOUT TO SHOW YOU JUST HOW OUTCLASSED YOU REALLY ARE! THIS FIGHT YOU LOSE!" Chase shouted.

Rozar growled jumping to his feet once more and swung his tail at Chase only for the human to lop it off causing the drake to wail in agony his tail hit the around blood pouring from the stump.

“DAMN YOU!!!" Rozar growled standing up.

Rozar growls pulling out a gun he had hidden once more shooting at Chase dashed at him dodging each shot before slicing off the paw that was holding the gun. Rozar screamed before slashing at Chase with his remaining claw. Chase however saw this coming and slide behind the dragon driving his sword through his back. Rozar growls before coughing blood as Chase pulled the sword free; his legs wobbled before he fell to his knees before collapsing to the ground in a heap the loss of blood making him pass out. Chase had deliberately missed the drakes Vidal spots

“No one threatens Athena." Chase said sheathing his blade.

 A male dragon wearing a medical outfit flew off and checked Rozar's pulse. He was still alive. The crowd was amazed not only did this human stand up to and defeat a dragon but spared his life.

“You left him alive?" The drake asked.

Chase nodded.

“I don't kill unless I need to." Chase said.

“Well I must admit you're the first I have seen who won a mate ship duel without killing your opponent" He said.

Soon other medical dragons flew over loading Rozar on a stretcher.  Chase made his way back to the hospital the crowd letting him through many regarding him with respect. Chase made his way back up to the floors Athena was on only for the dragoness to hug him tightly.

“YOU DID IT!" She exclaimed.

“Of course no one threatens you while I'm around." Chase said hugging her back.

“I hate to interrupt your victory but I need to take you to immigrations now your two friends have already gone." Flora said slightly annoyed.

 At the immigration department Kiyo and Jaden chatted with Amane getting to know her. She has taken a liking to the humans especially to Kiyo. It was the first time she saw a human and she had been a bit of a fan girl of Kiyo's.

“Don't worry you only get probed once this will be the worst part of it. It's to make sure you're healthy and it will fix any ailments you have or at risk of developing." She warned.

 Jaden and Kiyo lay down on an operation table before being strapped down. Two medics one a female Weimaraner the other was a corgi. They each took out a large need injecting them directly in the spine Kiyo and Jaden gritted their teeth as their bodies were wracked with severe pain after about 3 seconds they pulled the needles free much to the human's relief. They got dressed again and walked out to see Toshiro waiting with Amane.

“Hey Jaden I just told mom she had put in a request you stay with us and it was approved! It will be just like the old days" Toshiro said wagging his tail.

“I wouldn't want to impose." Jaden said.

“Oh trust me you aren't as soon as mom found out you were still alive she DEMANDED they assign you to live with us." Toshiro said.

Jaden smiled a bit and agreed. Yoshi was always a good friend to him when he lost Mira she was always there. Amane took Kiyo's hand firmly.

“Catch you later Kiyo I will tell chase when he comes down here." Jaden reassured

“Come on headquarters has assigned you to stay with me. You can see your friends tomorrow" The lapine said dragging Kiyo out.

Amane lead Kiyo to her car which looked like a silver lambo and the quickly drove off to a very large mansion complete with a gate and huge drive way, Kiyo gazed at the house in awe it looked a lot like a castle than a house.

“Wow, that's the biggest house I have ever seen."

“ Well it also doubles as an FAS training arena as well so it has to be you will be living with me and my 4 roommates…Okay I should want you now my room mates can be pretty rowdy" Amane said opening the door.

 “I'M HOME AND I BROUGHT A NEW HOUSE GUEST! QUIT THE NICE GUY TOO." Amane shouted

Kiyo heard an all too familiar voice, as soon an old friend come into view. Julie waked into the hall carrying a plate eating a slice of cake.

“Amane I am not interested in your flings of the week how many times to I have to tell you" Julie said before stopping dead in her tracks when she spotted Kiyo

She was wearing a robin's egg blue bathrobe as well as matching lace panties and bra. She drops her fork then the plate staring letting loose an excited shriek before tackling Kiyo to the ground hugging him tightly his head nestled between her massive breasts.

 “KIYO, YOU'RE ALIVE!!!" she cried

“HE WONT BE IF YOU DON'T GIVE HIM SOME AIR!!! LET THE POOR MALE BREATHE!" Amane scolded.

Julie let Kiyo go as the human gasps for air.

“Sakura is going to flip when she sees you!" Julie said.

“Where is she?" Kiyo asked.

“You actually just missed her. She is on a long mission off planet not sure when she will be back to be honest with you. She hasn't been in the best of spirits lately…" Julie said.

“Getting left at the altar will do that Julie especially since the bastard's ex crashed the wedding and he ran away with her." Amane said.

Kiyo nodded in understanding he didn't blame Sakura for needing to get away for a while.

At Yoshi's house Jaden got a similar warm welcome. Yoshi helped Jaden gets settled in and the two chatted catching up. Yoshi didn't change much only now she wore a lab coat and black square framed glasses and her hair tied up in a bun complete with a business casual style black dress under her white lab coat. For the first time in years the 7 years the 3 humans felt whole again.

 Later that night Rozar woke in a hospital room. He groaned in pain looking around before looking at the stump where his paw used to be. The drake growled in anger.

“I'll make that human pay for this." He said.

“No you will not."

He looked up to see the hooded dragoness slowly closing the door to his room locking it.

“You see Chase is a person of great interest to the skull hunters. That being said that fact that a pompous like you tried to kill him is something I will not allow to go unpunished." She growled a glowing paw.

Rozar pressed the nurse call button repeatedly for help. He kept his eyes glued on her.

“HELP SOMONE!" He screamed.

  The hooded dragon fired a single blast of energy blowing Rozar's head off killing him instantly. By the time nurses got to his room Rozar was dead and the hooded dragoness was gone. The hooded dragoness landed on the roof of a building not too far away lowering her hood.

“Chase's life…belong to us." Flora said.
