It actially all started with the poseand figuring out onto what she was climbing. A bondage table did not work as well as I wanted, but the exam table was good with a step stool; "Annual probe" is a play off of alien "anal probe". With "probe" in the title, I needed some big ones. Restraints became needed at that point as well since any sane being would run away. The context was some state mandated requirement for judicial slaves as part of their punishment for their crimes that led to their enslavement.

That was my basic thought process as the image evolved.
