I usually using 2 programs - Paint Tool Sai and Photoshop, since both of them have a different options which is good for drawing : )

ive heard sai is good, i found one place for it but it was malware.i'm thinking about getting into art working a bit.but ive only ever drawn 3 things ever

This is really good, and high quality. :3 He looks adorable.

But the lighting, shading, colors and such really do go together very well.
