After the fiasco with the Suck-O-Matic, Rocko thought the smaller model, the Suck-O-Matic Jr., would be easier to handle. He was wrong. In reference to this pic and the previous one with the Chameleon Brothers, yeah, when he has his shirt on, Rocko is entirely pantless, without even underwear, but for the sake of cute hilarity, I put Wedgie Boy briefs on him for these pics.
