Have you read the Inheritance Cycle or played any of the Legend of Spyro trilogy? If so, I may have ideas.

Inheritance Series is actually my favorite book series. As for the Legend of Spyro, it's been some years since I've done anything involving it. Although they were my most favorite ps1 games. The ps2 ones were alright as well.

Well the Inheritance Cycle it is. I was thinking of a story where Eragon through some magical means gets turned into a dragon and he and Saphira become mates. Or if you're willing to bend the rules and keep Eragon human, have Saphira become an anthro dragon.

Hmmm, well I like both of the ideas. Honestly, they would make for great stories I would have a blast writing. I may do both, but the first will be Eragon becoming a dragon. Now when you say they become mates, was it to be clean or explicit?

Explicit, perhaps the first one could be more romantic and the second more kinky with Eragon introducing our favourite dragoness to things like bondage and other stuff of that nature. (Or would that be breaking the rules?)

The first one being romantic makes sense, so it should work out great. As for the second one having bondage and things of that nature though. I have nothing against it, but it would take longer because I would need to learn more about it. I've never been into it myself, so I don't know as much about it. However, it should be possible.

Understandable, it doesn't need to be added if you don't want to. It was mainly just an idea I threw out.

Well, it's always good to learn more things for stories. I do hear the occasionaly request for bondage, so I should go ahead and learn more about it. Alright, I'll do them. I'm not sure when they'll be done though. I may actually write the first one as a series against the rules. The reason being that the idea of it is rather great, and would make sense to grow the characters life together.

That's actually pretty awesome to hear. I always did feel that the only thing stopping EragonXSaphira from becoming a cannon thing was the species barrier.

I have always been a fan of Eragon X Saphira stories. Along with that I have also been rather curious as to what it would be like if they were together in any way.

I think that can be said for quite a fair amount of fans. It really is a shame we don't get much more of them around here.

The only thing that would change lore wise I suppose is how the dragons mate. Due to in the book it states that they don't mate like a normal animal, but rather in a mystical way. So it would have to be changed.

That shouldn't be too difficult, if I remember correctly the books where a bit vague in the subject.

Yes they were. That could work in the stories favor as well.

Well, it has the potential to. However, I was really focused on a way that came to me already. I might have something like that for the anthro one though.

Would you do a futuristic piece loosely based on the tale of Little Red Riding Hood, with a fox and a wolf as main characters? Adding some SciFi to the mix seems like a really interesting way to tell that story, as I've only ever heard it set in the past.

Hmmmm, although the idea is interesting, trying to convert it from the past to futuristic might take some time. Plenty of things would need to be changed to fit a sci-fi setting. Although it may not take as long as I think. I can give it a shot for yah.

Heh, I'd better watch 'ya then! Feel free to make the story totally your own, the Big Bad Wolf could be a raiding space ship or a buggy-driving desert mongrel in a post-apocalyptic wasteland -really, anything you're into- the more you play with it, the fresher and more entertaining the story will become. You can even tell it from a wolf's first-person perspective! It's a nifty little creative writing exercise for 'ya, if nothing else.

Your first-person wolf piece you discussed in your latest journal reminded me of Jim Kjelgaard's writing, in which canines learn survival skills while on their own in the wilderness. His stories were what got me interested in reading books (rather than just looking at pictures) a lifetime ago, and I've always been a fan of that survival premise.

You're welcome! And thank you for helping me to find more creative ideas. I can come up with stories on my own, but I find it more interesting to take requests. It seems to help me better grasp and understand different things.

Hie first of all thanks for accepting my friend request shadow. Would love to see you do a romantic harry potter Anthro Wolf story, where Ginny is bitten by a wearwolf, during the battle of Hogwarts and therefore every full moon turns into one and afraid of hurting her family and friends, isolates herself from the rest of the world. But doesn't count on Harry, who refusing to abadone the woman he loves, comes up with a way to be together, either by means of him having a wolf animagus or potion to turn him into a wolf. Culminating in Harry using his wolf form to hunt her down on the night of the full moon, where recognising each other from their scents, greet each other playfully before their respective heats get the better of them, leading to a passionate reunion for the pair.

I will have to read the series again around that point to find the best way of the story to come about, and so I can analyze the situation to match it. Now, as for the heats factor, is it referring to the heat of passionate love, or heat as in breeding? This could affect the outcome and reactions within the story. It make take a while before I start this due to needing to read parts of the series again, and will also have to examine the actions and verbal wording use by each character.

That's perfectly reasonable and understandable Shadow. With regards to the heat factor, it is referring to Ginny being in heat as a female wolf and this powerful aphrodisiac combined with Harry's joy at finding his true love, overpowers Harry's scenes and leads to his wolf form acting on pure animistic instinct as he claims her as his own and breeds her. Resulting in conception of a powerful magician with the ability to shapeshift into a wolf at will or due to his parents being in their wolf forms at the time of mating, the first naturally born werewolf. That's fine shadow, take your time with it, as it is essential to have a basic grounding in the genre and of the characters themselves, in order to write good fiction and I look forward to reading it when you do get around to writing it.

Plot summary: A young royal spends all day rejecting suitors, and otherwise being a royal pain. At the end of the day, the royal prince(ss) goes skinny dipping in the clean pool that feeds the castle's moat...and houses the castle's guardian, a mighty creature (either a dragon or a magic-using crocodile, again, your choice). The moat guardian slips up on the unsuspecting bathing cutie, then pounces, and at first it seems as though this is a non-consensual story, but soon the young royal happily kisses and snuggles the big, scary moat guardian, showing that they're friends, before sweet lovemaking ensues, followed by a loving afterglow on the bank of the pool.

Hope this is all right. I know it's not Rule 34-based, but I wasn't sure if you meant you only wanted to do something based on a series, or that it was just one of the available options.

The ideas can be from stories, books, and etc. However, it does not have to be. Now, as for your story idea, I feel as though feral would be more appropriate because a big scary castle guardian as an anthro doesn't quite fit that kind of scenario. Now, however, there are ways to switch it to an anthro on anthro. This is something that could create more sense within the story scenario. Although, if going by a logic such as Zootopias where the anthros are different sizes as based on their non-anthro counterparts.
