DISCLAIMER: ‘Luke Cartholm’ is my Original Character and I own the legal rights to him as a character under the ‘New Zealand Copyright Act of 1994’ and law treaties between countries. ‘Shayla’ (the Lamia) is NOT my character and belongs to a friend of mine who goes by the online pseudonym ‘Shadow’ and all legal rights of ‘Shayla’ belong to Shadow under the ‘United States Copyright Law' and law treaties between countries. I have written permission from Shadow to use her character to convert our roleplay into a story. The legal rights of this story belong to both Shadow and I as we own the characters involved and this story was formatted by myself based on a roleplay which we both did.
