I think I can get this guy in the game the last smoke was killed off in MK 9 and MK X takes place 25 years AFTER the last one so I ask tell the developers if he can have a slot in the roster

So I should the make Petition for players and MK fans to sigh it and make this character into the roster or I can ask the developers(I'm the ideas guys of some don't know) while we are making this game yeah I SO what this guy for the new slot we have 5 characters already Cassie cage (daughter of JOHHNY cage and Sonya blade) scorpion and sub zero( favorites) De'vora( new character,a half insect and half human) kotal khan(new character) forra and Tora( forra is a little woman who clings to tora'a back a giant man and control's him) without forra,Tora can't the combos he can with her.graphics are good and you can interact with the stage like injustice. So what you guys want this anthro guy in MK?
