it is very good, regardless. nice work, i've seen how hard animation looks, be very proud, this turned out well ^ ^
Someone higher up mentioned slowing it down a bit, and you say just a bit seems too slow. What if you were to slow it down to a point where it actually becomes slow-motion? The movements say she's running fast, a slow-motion effect might actually add to that. Just a thought.
Also, and this may be just me, but I feel like the background movement is missing a frame or two. It's like it's jumping back to start rather than rolling fluently forever.
Infinite amount of frames really shouldn't be necessary. I'm thinking here of the trick used in old cartoons for walking down a long hallway while talking - just repeat the same door and window over and over. Of course, with a more detailed background, this becomes more difficult to achieve.
I guess what I'm trying to say is that next time you make an animation like this, try to strive for a background that would loop on its own, and then make it fit in speed to the character animation.
Imagine if you had a picture that, from left to right, shifted through the color spectrum, but only halfway - it stops somewhere around a nice, grassy green. If you were to shift that to the side (8 frames, 12.5% of the image width shifted per frame) you would start to see the flaw quite quickly, when red would suddenly follow green to the right.
It's the same with more complicated backgrounds; the left edge should be able to seamlessly attach to the right edge, otherwise your audience will see the seam. I imagine you have each layer of this saved separately; try making a quick line art of a couple of rolling hills, and use that as a background for testing.
I hope you're not taking offense to all this - I think you're one of the best artists on YiffStar, and this is only meant as constructive criticism.
