Chu Chu
randomly decided to draw Chu Chu from Revolutionary Girl Utena (a wonderful 90s anime!).
I really wanted to try animating something, too, so I settled for the background... it's not the greatest. I obviously put more effort into the drawing than the animated background, haha.
