The Path to War is a hobby of mine and my oldest actual story (and, coincidentally, still in the planning stages). Basically, it's the tale of James Hania, a rebel prince from the fictional Land of Norath in the 1500s, and his struggles against the evil Noran Empire, which is helmed by his archenemy, Lord Asmodai. The Path to War Soundtrack is just a little hobby of mine, wherein I compose scores that would be used in a hypothetical movie adaption of the novel.

This is a simple little theme, meant to occur during tense points in the story, such as before a battle or whatever. I really don't have much to say about it; it's one of my shortest and simplest, really.

Written & recorded with Sibelius 6.

I swear I heard this in Halo (one of them), although I can't picture this being used during a battle. It's too... Too light? Too gental? Too linear (if that's possible). Battle is chaotic, loud, fast, good to have at parties, stuff like that. This does do well to add some tense, but again I couldn't see this during a battle sequence. Hooah, another first (and I wasn't paying attention this time, lol).

Woot, epic fail on reading, lol. I miss read what you would use this for. I missed the "before" part in "before battle." Not enough sleep ftw.

Heh. =P I think someone needs contacts. *tease tease* I dunno about a song like this being on Halo, though, as I’ve never played the games (*sigh* so many classics I don’t know anything about …), but I do hope it’s not too similar? =P

FYI, I do have glasses, lol. I think it more has to do with the fact I need to go to sleep as I have PT in the morning (0530H wake-up time, here I come *yawn*).

You haven't played Halo?!?!?!?!?!? Impossible! Somebody get this man a 360 with every Halo game made stat! He needs a 500cc culture injection now! (and no, it's close but not too simular. *brain = shutting down* although coping the style of music from them would deffinately be a good idea. Halo Music = Epic Win)
