My OC whom I have finally named Scarlett!

I have been working on and off on this for what feels like forever, and finally I have gotten so sick and tired of it I decided to proclaim it as finished xD

Didn't turn out aaaaanything like I wanted it to, and for that I am a little disappointed, but also pretty proud of myself for making all those patterns on the dress and stuff ^ ^ Who knew I loved making them so much? xD Definitely going to see more in the future c:
