Bokdan0's Bonuvir couple - Long Lizards
Bokdan0 is a guy I met through a Prequel-centric Discord server I'm on. He's created these longlizards he calls Bonuvir for a comic he's working on. Anyway, he asked if I'd be interested in coloring this one and I thought it might be fun. Obviously not as lewd as most of my stuff, but it's a good change-of-pace too. Did some experiments - that background I really liked, though TBH I'll be damned if I can remember how I got that lighting effect. Not complaining mind you! I noticed the left one is a bit less angular than the right so the shading's done a little differently between them. Once I added the floor reflection I was quite satisfied. Sort of an ice-cave vibe (which is admittedly what I based it on.) Everything's kind of cold and hard, but these two don't really look like they live a soft and comfy life either. I have no background on them, but with all those spikes and talons... I don't know but I feel like they wouldn't mind the cold. They probably live in a place where that IS comfy. Besides, they look like they'll warm it up just fine soon.
