I get a mild "Salvitore Dali" kind of feeling when I see the binding elements, here.

I do, I do have my own thoughts, but I don't think most would like them.

i hate to sound insensitive but i am autistic and while i am sure this is a very emotional piece i cant shake the felling that weelll ... looks like a furry crashed into stay-puft and this is the aftermath but on an artistic note AWSOME the work and detail thats gone into this is amazing

Very moving, and like you said, very open to interpretation. If you're familiar with Tarot, I see the eight of swords, here - trapped, and submitting to the entrapment. I love how... I don't know, smooth, I guess, that it is.

The whole place looks like a desert with volcanic ash in the sand, and the creature is a thing all its own. I think the most dark element of this image is the fact that the very land itself is holding him down and will not let him go. As if this were a mental realization of what the interpretation is, K would say this is what a person who is in depression would feel like going under. I like the pic very thought provoking and dark surreal if nothing less. :)

It reminds me of my past. Good thought provoker, this one. Grade A+ as usual.

This is really cool, I don't really understand it but like someone else has commented, there's definitely some surrealism going on here! I just love Surrealist pieces, and Salvadore Dali is one of my favorite in those kind of painters. This is almost to me, as if the character here is bound to a certain place, be it a region of desert or a country, it can not seem to let him leave? Although the fact he's slumped down looks to me as if he's unhappy that he can't leave... so that could be bad. This is quite thought provoking, I like it a lot! I'm glad I stumbled across your work too!
