Birthday gift for a friend, Synirr, of her serval fursona. All the gifts I bought her in 2010 had a bat skull theme, so this was sort of the inspiration for those. The skull is of a Straw Colored Fruit bat (Eidolon helvum), also native to Africa where Servals are found. Coming out of the skull is one of her African House Snakes (Lamprophis fuliginosus). Background is scrapbook paper.
