I have a brother who is my only brother and this really touches me. The way you drew the emotion is no need for any words.

This just has the talent and realistic tastes that you are so well known for.

The way each character is reacting to the situation is just something you take in and put right in your heart if you have a brother.

I TOUGHT IT WAS VERY TOUCHING THAT HE FOUND HIS BROTHER. I WISH THAT I COULD FIND MY STEP-BROTHER. SOME WHERE, OUT THERE, I KNOW THAT I HAVE A STEP-BROTHER, BECAUSE LONG AGO, WHILE MY MOTHER WAS IN THE HOSPITAL GIVING BIRTH TO MY REAL LITTLE BROTHER, ANOTHER WOMAN WAS GIVING BIRTH TO A BABY ON THE SAME YEAR, THAT MY MOTHER WAS GIVING BIRTH TO BABY BROTHER. THEN OUT THE BLUE, THE WOMAN CALLS AND MY MOTHER ANSWERS THE PHONE, TO BE TOLD THAT HER HUSBAND HAS A BABY BOY. IT UPSET MY MOTHER, THAT SHE TOLD THAT WE ALL UP AND MOVE TO TULSA, OKLAHOMA, SO ME & MY LITTLE BROTHER GREW UP & WAS TOLD BY OUR MOTHER, THAT WE HAVE A STEP-BROTHER OUT THERE, WHO IS THE SAME AGE AS MY LITTLE BROTHER, WE WERE SHOCKED THAT WE HAVE A STEP-BROTHER OUT THERE, SOME WHERE. I JUST WISH THAT I COULD FIND HIM & LET HIM KNOW THAT I'M HIS OLDEST BROTHER. I JUST FELT TOUCH BY THE PICTURE, & IT MADE ME THINK, THAT I HAVE A STEP-BROTHER OUT THERE IN THE WORLD.

Was Emotionen angeht... freut mich, wenn es dieses Mal gut geklappt hat. Es sollte mal wirklich ein Bild mit mehr Tiefe als sonst werden. :D

Well, I am practising humans for years... since I am drawing art! :D And I guess, I'm pretty good at humans by now... after all, I did plenty pencil portraits.
My brother designed that armor with me. It was a nice process!

Danke sehr... und dabei ist das NUR ein "blau-blau-Gradient", mit einem Sternenhimmer und zwei Monden! :D Eigentlich nicht so schwer... wenn man die Tricks kennt! ;)

ich glaube, die tricks musst du mir mal beibringen o.O ^^

Musst mir nur schreiben WAS du genau wissen willst. :D Am besten eine eMail... da kann ich dann ausführlicher beschreiben.
Aber wie gesagt... vieles findest du in gängigen Tutorials für PHOTOSHOP! :D

nene das zeichnen von solch wirklich schönen bildern überlasse ich lieber denen die es wirklich können.
Außerdem ich würde gerne so zeichnen können allerdings fehlt mir dazu leider auch die zeit...und die geduld ;-)
Deshalb *hut zieht* wirklich wunderschöne arbeit

Tja aber das sind die Dinge (Tugenden?) die man braucht: ZEIT GEDULD ÜBUNG!!! :D Und dann geht alles. ^..^
Aber du kannst ja genausogut mich weiterhin beobachten.... und schöne Bilder seien dir gewiss. XD

I really did enjoy viewing this picture. It radiates a kind of twisted emotions, combined with passionate yet sensible graphics.

My only peeve with this image is the human's face. It seems to lack proper shading for someone with talent.

Thanks for the critique, as well... but I think the face is shaded correctly. As you can see, his face is being "lightened" by the fire torch! And this picture is still "cartoon" style... I wanted to use less "shading steps", ya know?
Maybe, you are referring to the rather "simple" shading of the face (just 2 colours). :D But that was intentional.
BUT I keep up doing my best. ^..^

Thanks very much! But don't worry: usually you do not need such a program to do "good" stuff. I can do almost the same effects with traditional media. ;) AND so can you!!! ^..^

I can't say much that hasn't already been said, but this is a really moving image. I like the duality of the lighting the most...the orange torch at the bottom with the blue moons at the top. It gives it an almost ethereal feel, like a dream coming true.
