No, its allowed. But I doubt anyone will post it here. Mostly writers here. I may looks looking at these MEMEs, but I was like 'WTFROFL' when i saw it here so some reason =3

although I don't know how close these are to what I've seen so far, so to sum it up,
a meme is a collection of questions asking various ppl.
The qestions are always the same, but everyone has to answer them on their owns. A drawing meme is usually 'better', because it shows a little of the artist's style, creativity and ideas (because you can answer the questions in many ways, it's usually only important to answer it (or at least I always put in a real answer, but some ppl just fool around)).
There are text memes too, when you just answer the questions.
