Tiny bit of back story.
In the RP Clayer is the daughter of a VERY rich business man, and while she is very sweet natured, she is still a rich kid who gets what she wants more often than not.
Here something has happened and she can't have something she wants. Could have been blueberry pancakes for all I know. Now she is miffing by looking dejected and sticking her tongue out. Handsome Captain may or may not know why she is miffed but he has an idea to distract her. ;)
