I smiled as I took another sip of my coffee; if nothing else, this place made a damn good cup of coffee. I just wish whoever was behind me would sit still. It sounded like someone kept slamming themselves against the back of their seats, kinda like a little kid would kick the back of your chair on an airplane. I could tell there were at least two people rocking the seat behind me, and that purring seemed to be only getting louder. They seemed to be getting strangely worked up over a cat video, but whatever. I need to focus on my writing.

“Sir?”

I felt someone standing nearby, but I assumed the woman must have speaking to the couple behind me making all that noise. I felt something large and soft brushing against my head and gently swatted it away. Geez, there’s a lot of distractions here!

“Sir?!”

Again I felt the large, fuzzy thing brushing against my head, this time with a little more force. Maybe she was talking to me after all…
