well his "helmet" act like its his real body, so I suppose yes, but the real mouth is the human one, he talks with it and shows most of this expresions freely with it.
the interesting part is.. his eyebrows and face expresions fully move like his helmet was all part of his skin.
but then, its a shikigami (spirit )
