've been giving a disproportionate amount of attention to "The Spies," and yet my last full-color drawing of Rex is from November 2013. Ouch :XD:
Anyway, this drawing shows Rex at full power level one. The various markings on his arms and legs (can't see because of gi) and his eyes turn white. the power he is using is Thunder Palm, which electrocutes on contact.
Also decided to use the training uniform for reasons.
