Hey guess who's back? It's Toonophile's Stephen and Cindy, this time with a heavy dose of flat, yet vibrant colors to show off thier fur patterns and the like. I gotta say, going from lineart to flats at minimum is always a night and day kind of difference, it really breaths life into the characters, and I'd say it's well and far done that for Stephen and Cindy. I was already smiling when I first drew this cute, flirty little pic, and I'm still beaming now.
