Panacea's Pleasure
Title can't be empty.
Title can't be empty.
While Keith was busy with his gym responsibilities Max often had hours on end to himself, and while exercising with Sparkle, Keith’s jolteon, and training with Blazer, Keith’s flareon, were good ways to keep his physical abilities up to par the lucario pokemorph still felt a bit restless whenever he wasn’t either meditating or getting his butt rutt off by his mate. Thankfully he found a good way to exert energy, besides doing various single handed exercises while on top of the roof of the house, in the form of working within the plus sized garden Keith created around side his home. At first tiling soil and planting seeds had felt like a rather insulting task to the fighting-steel type pokemorph - he was designed for conquering other creatures with his fists and feet, after all - however as the months flew by Max found himself actually coming to enjoy getting his paws dirty; there was something calming about letting the energy of the land pour deep into his spirit as he checked the various plants over.
Because of the number of eeveelution that Keith had on hand the eevee pokemorph had to constantly grow berries and other vegetables month round in order to feed everyone. It was for this reason that both he and his mate were glad to have his plant type eeveelution, Panacea, around. Due to his special genetic makeup the normally laid back eeveelution helped to keep the soil rich enough for such constant harvesting, though in a way for which the lucario had not expected. It took Max a bit of time to come to accept the...oddity that was the leafon’s way of doing things the first time he had seen just how the grass type pokemon worked his particular brand of magic.
Case in point, one day while out harvesting vegetables Max had turned away from watching over the other only to turn back and find the grass type eeveelution buried up to the neck in dirt some several yards away from him. Max did not like to admit it but once his mind registered what exactly it was that he was seeing he had barked so loud that he had made several of the other eeveelutions run out of the house through the pokemon flap built into the lower portion of the doorframe to see what the issue was on about. Once the others figured out what was going on Scout had turned on his heel to go and get Keith. The anthro eevee had come out several minutes later to calm his somewhat startled mate down as the fighting-steel type pokemorph desperately tried to dig the grumbling leafeon out from the hole he had dug for himself.
“He does that to help give the soil the gain the extra nutrients it needs to remain fertile.” Keith said with a quiet chuckle as he cover Panacea back up with dirt.
‘Oh. I thought that he was trying to kill himself.’ the lucario replied back telepathically.
“Haha, no. See,” Keith stepped over and then pet Panacea over and across the head, which in turn made the grass type pokemon purr its species name loud enough for all to hear. “You know about photosynthesis, don’t you?”
‘I’ve read up on it once or twice.’
“Well that’s what Pan is doing now, just with an added twist thanks to his genetics.” Keith said before giving his taller lover a peck on the cheek. “Anyway, just make sure that when he’s out here like this that you watch out for any bugs that might come to try and take a nibble on him, as he can totally forget that there is a big scary world out here when he’s sunning.” At those words the sound of something fleshy hitting something made everyone ears perk up.
Out the corner of his eye the lucario pokemorph saw something wink in the distance. Turning his head Max gaped as he caught sight of a weedle soaring through the air at mach speed. Tracing the small bug’s angle of trajectory backwards the fighting-steel type pokemorph looked to see a certain sylveon growling up at where the horned insect had just been blasted off to.
“Well done, Peter.” Keith cheerfully praised his fairy type eeveelution. The pink and white pokemon barked its species name twice before going over to where Panacea was. A quick sniff over the other was followed up by the grass type pokemon purring up at his fairy guardian. “You can see why I keep these two together.” Keith chuckled as he and the others watched Peter circle the grass type eeveelution twice over before dropping himself down next to the yawning leafeon. Panacea let out a cheerful bark before it closed its eyes and then returned to dreamland.
‘How long should I let them stay out here?’ Max asked while noting that the other eeveelutions had turned away to head back inside the house.
“For at least three hours.” Max said while nuzzling his larger lover’s muscular chest, which consequently elicited a happy growl from out of the fighting-steel type throat. “If nothing else, Peter will pull Pan up from the ground once he feels that they’ve had enough sun for the day.”
‘I guess these two are very close?’ the anthro lucario inquired mirthfully while looking down at his cute little eevee mate.
“About as much as we are.” Keith said saucily while slowly reaching backwards to fondle the base of the lucario’s tail.
‘Then perhaps we should do like them and let nature take its course?’ Max asked while panting long and low for all the world to hear.
The fighting-steel type pokemorph didn’t get a verbal answer to his question, instead he yipped happily as he was pushed back onto the ground by Keith.
By the time evening set Max, Keith, Panacea, and Peter all needed baths.
