That Ferris wheel is in Japan, but I think it's never so misty.
I did my own interpretation of how I see an amusement park.
The frog is the guardian of the place, If you don't answer his question correctly he won't let you in.

Best thing after that is a nice Baskin&Robbins :D there's a crazy awesome fountain show that goes on with lights and classical music in the evenings. From experience, there are few things better than a warm curry inside you, cool ice cream in your hand, watching a nice show on a warm Tokyo evening. Utter bliss.
