Updated version of one of my older pictures that was fairly well received. I've given him wings since I thought they looked cool haha.

Essentially this is a dragonized version of Kaa from the Jungle Book. He was altered through dubious means as part of a bizarre lab experiment, and proved to be too powerful to contain. None of the scientists who made him have been seen since the incident. While he has maintained most of his personality, including most notably his pleasure in playing with his food, he has also obtained certain stereotypical dragon-ish characteristics. For example, he delights in the act of kidnapping fair maidens and taking them off to his dwelling. In order to avoid being hunted down, Kaa Dragon will use his abilities to manipulate someone he catches into bringing back more victims. It isn't uncommon for him not to eat those he brings back with him.
