Yes, I didn't put an odd title on this one. Haven't really finalized a whole lot about this character, just really got the urge to draw it today. Not all that good, but I liked the idea of the tail claw/hand. So yes, you all feel free to come up with what you think is happening here. Sort of had in mind that it'd have a pattern on its wings that induced a sort of trance effect. Dunno though.
