so our crew tried to jump across a chasm to save time and stop the dungeons big bad. I opted to jump across in hopes that since my dex was 100% average, i could at least make it to the other side without burning a spell slot, BAM, natural 20, WOO

Brie, our dwarf cleric/druid tried to jump across as well, crit failed and was about to fall into the pit that had 2 nothics we placated in it.

So i burned the spell slot i was hoping to save for our next fight, to save her
