Yay partyyy~ :3 I decided to make a summer themed picture since we're in the last month of summer. I could have made this sooner, but I'm not too late at least! I still need work on backgrounds in general, water, perspective and such.. but I think I've improved! I hope you guys like it <3

The splash could look better, but all in all, I think the water looks really nice! Making everything blurry underneath, not to mention the ripples and distortion. (I'm doing my best to ignore the dobie ass that has shorts clinging so deliciously to it because I don't wanna be a COMPLETE perv XD)
