Sometimes it feels as though life just crawls along, and other times it can pass quite quickly. The latter was certainly the case for Jeremy Kensington and Brea Thomasin. The two of them met when they were just kids, and quickly pledged to be best friends forever. They grew up together, playing sports, exploring the world around them, and just having fun in life. However, as the two of them arrived on the cusp of their double digits, they were swimming in Brea's backyard pool when they discovered a few things that they weren't quite ready to discover.

So Jeremy and Brea went about experimenting with their newfound knowledge. Let's just say they did a lot of... exploring with each other. In a matter of short years, their passion for each other grew from friendship to a full-on romance. It was blowing a blizzard on Christmas Eve, when they decided they could bear the tension no longer. In the heart of the storm, Jeremy and Brea finally took the ultimate step in proclaiming their love for each other. However, this would not be without consequences, and they discovered that they were soon to be parents.

This news inevitably caused tension between the fox boy and wolf girl; almost tearing them apart permanently. However, Jeremy had a chance encounter with his dying father, who told him how much he regretted not being there for him. Watching his father pass before his eyes, Jeremy promised not to make the same mistakes, and swore to Brea that he would be there to raise their pups. Gradually, the two of them got back together, and after a few months, Brea gave birth to twin folf pups, whom they named Derek and Delilah Kensington.

Raising twin pups wasn't easy (it never is), but Jeremy, inspired by his late father, persevered through all the trials of fatherhood to give his children a good life. Brea, feeling a pang of guilt for initially not wanting her children, also devoted herself to being a good mother. Derek and Delilah turned out to be wonderful children, appreciating how hard their parents worked for them, and did their best to give back to them. Gradually, with the help of Jeremy's mother, and Brea's parents, family life became normal for the Kensington family.

So now... I suppose things have come full circle. Derek and Delilah are now four-and-a-half year old; and Jeremy and Brea are very, very proud of their children. Now here they are, having a family swim in Brea's backyard pool; the same pool where it all started. The same pool where Jeremy and Brea first really discovered each other. Now of course, all of that is behind them. Here they are just splashing, playing, and laughing; and enjoying their lives as a family.
