Raincloud the Eevee
Early design for a shiny eevee character, named Raincloud (Rain for short), from a story that I'm working on. At this point Rain's supplanted the prior main character - a pikachu - because of the more interesting ideas that popped in my head as I looked up eevees and their depiction in the various pokémon media. Particularly in the Trading Card Game and the Manga.
The story will include the other eeveelutions.
