Down here, in the dense, choking smog of the undercity, it's hard to catch a breath. That exotic muzzle he's wearing barely manages to filter out the toxins, but it's enough to live.
At least it's stylish.

That was the original description. But, the real idea for this character in my head was darker. A small story about being silenced by the overlords. Forced to wear a silencing muzzle for daring to be different. Fitting... if you happen to know what happened.
