National Automotive and Truck Museum 04-28-2019 243 - 1939 Kenworth Emergency Rescue Car - Portland OR Fire Department
I wanted to share a few photos early from my trip to the National Automotive and Truck Museum. This vehicle is mainly for Jackdog, but I hope everyone enjoys it.
I was surprised to see that this is a 1939 Emergency Rescue Car. I woudl have put it in the 1950s from the styling and exterior materials. As this and the other photos will show, it is in need of restoration, but jsut having it in a museum is a big step forward towards prese5rving it. I hope that they can return it to good shape one day.
