What's the best way to shut a nosy cop up? By making him a part of your rubber skunk empire, of course!!
Morgan stuck his nose into the wrong people's evil business, and now they are going to make him pay!
He is being perma glued into one of their rubber skunk suits over the top of his police uniform, while being brainwashed. Soon, he'll be nothing more than a loyal, dumb rubber skunk drone.
Good thing they found a suit in his belly size!!
