Flora Donnelson -- Digital Portrait
Hey folks,
I first drew Flora ten years ago back in 2014. I've recreated the piece in a digital painting with some additions to make it look better. Lots of details, though some of the finer ones won't be apparent in this sized-down image (they're easily seen in the full-size 11,578 x 15,240, 300 dpi, 188 MB file). Personally, I think Flora looks a whole lot better in this rendition. <3

I have Flora and her daughter, SB3 Daisy Donnelson, digitally painted, I've drawn her oldest son, Ensign John Donnelson (will likely re-do him), and I'm going to re-do her youngest "bombshell" daughter, Jonquil ("Jo"). Still need to draw her other son, Ben, and of course, the admiral himself. :)
I have some ideas of yet more skunk gals -- the Daughertys, the Donnelsons, and even the Schnieders (Arlan's family), have more female relatives; and there's still some from "TSFP" that I'll be doing, too, so more will be forthcoming. ;)
Oh, yeah...I just might do some others just because I like 'em, too.
Oh, yeah...Jo has an interesting embroidered decorative patch on her left back pocket now (with a fair amount of detail of its own). :D
She's definitely one hot skunkette! (Good thing James had Lilly helping him to stay in control in that one scene in book #1 when he, Lilly, and Moira's android avatar went to talk with Adm. Donnelson at his home.)
I'll have this new digitally painted portrait of Jo finished likely by sometime tomorrow (Wed, 17 Jan 2024).
