This one's based from her 2010 redesign, gave it a new look.
Changed her clothing and some stuff.

Her name's Excalibur Dragoness, or you can just call her "Exxy". The "Modern Sword" title is referring to herself, with that sword fragment stuck on her head and got fused to her skull and brain. She got that from an accident and the blade's cursed.
She's a very old character of mine made back in 2004.
