Serenade, The Dark Child
This is a long, long in-progress/overdue pic that's been saved partially finished on my computer for WAY too long.
The idea is that, after I bashed together the 'Cryptic as Lux (Not uploaded here)' image, I wanted to do one of myself. I picked my (at the time) main in League of Legends; Annie the Dark Child.
Now, doing a mature character persona as a little girl is iffy at best, so, rather than ditch the idea completely (or try and cute it up) I went for a hybridization of a couple things:
First, The colouring scheme of the shirt? Yeah, that's Annie for yah. I think the pants may have been inspired as well, but my brain just has a thing for grey pants.
Second - the short and overall clothing design was inspired by the Annie the Dark Child concept art.
Third: I put in some of my own charm and such, to make the overall stance and attitude.
Oh right, you're probably not looking at her, you're looking at the giant pichu-bear behind her.
Well, that there is a representation of my buddy Jay in all his bear/pichu/beast hybrid. Yes, I am aware the yellow fur on the face contrasts greatly with the brownish coloured fur. This is why Alchemy and Pichu, plus some magical head swapping collars do not mix.
I kinda like how this turned out, though I wish some of the shading looked a bit more pronounced. But hey, when life gives you lemons, make lemon grenades and burn down peoples houses.
