It's from an old cartoon series called 'Hey Arnold'. One of Arnolds friends is a sort of country hick, whose favorite saying about anything really awful is to drawl all sorts of creative variations on, 'Well, that really bites,' in a fake rural accent.

There's just something about Corel that makes me think of badly-drawn hand-animated cartoons... and just how much better they still are than anything I might try to draw in Corel. As stated above, I only once ever tried to use an early version of it way back in the day, and it was just so annoyingly counter-intuitive that I swore then and there never to go anywhere near it again.
