Hunter companion of my fursona and my second oldest character (in terms of when I developed her) behind Ion himself
Making this one mature because of her more sadistic nature.
Character Info:
Name: Kyara
Gender: Female
Species: Grey Wolf
Age: Mid-Late 20's
Occupation: Wandering Hunter
Character Description: She is physically very strong and uses 2 handed weapons. She has incredibility sharp claws that can almost slice anything and loves to tear her enemies apart with her bare claws. Has an affinity for Earth/Gaia.
Personality: Coldblooded and sadistic, loves to torture and tear apart her enemies with her bare claws. She will violently torture her enemies until she has the information she needs, then will rip their heart out and end her enemie's suffering. While she does enjoy her sadistic nature, she is only this way while on contract hunts. She portrays a cold and intimidating figure while around other people that are not enemies and around close companions, she has a much softer and outgoing side.
Likes: Blood, Gore and Torture, Hunting down her enemies.
Dislikes: People finding out about her soft side (except her close companions).
She was born in a small village in the valley and has/had a few siblings. At the age of 7 or 8 her village was attacked and she with a bunch of the other kids were captured while most of her family and villagers were killed. She was then taken to a nearby town/city where she was sold into slavery. She was sold to an upper class family who wanted her to become the family servant/maid. For the next several years she worked for the family who was highly demanding and would berate her if demands were not met. When she was 14 the family bought a second slave servant named Lorelei who she was initially cold to because Lorelei was more of a klutz and would cause more abuse on her from the family since she is suppose to train her. Over the next few years Kyara and Lorelei grew closer as they were both stuck in this unfortunate situation and could on confide in each other. When Kyara was 16, one day Lorelei made one of the masters angry enough were she started getting severely beaten. While seeing this, something in Kyara snapped and she jumped on the master, ripping him apart and killing him. Knowing she would be executed for what she did, she grabbed a shaken Lorelei and fled as far away as she possibly could. They laid low, going from town to town before deciding to cross to a bordering country where slavery was illegal and they took in slave refugees regardless of their past. For the new few years she and Lorelei lived in a city slum where Kyara did odd jobs to support them both. She eventually learned about the Contract Hunters where were prominent in this country and decided to take the trials to join them so she could earn way more money and track down the raiders and slave captures who killed her family and villagers. It was during this time on contracts, where she started exploring her sadistic nature and found enjoyment in torturing her targets to gain more information on who to target next and getting closer to her goal. Occasionally she would compete with another hunter group Fangenclaw (Ion's Hunter group) on hunting contracts (related to her mission) and developed a rivalry with Ion. Eventually Ion confronted her on why she was so adamant on going after certain contracts but she refused to answer. After more coaxing from Ion and encouragement from Lorelei, Kyara eventually opened up to Ion about her past and why she was going after certain individuals. Ion promised to pass on to her any information about her quest if any came up. Then on day Ion met her alone and asked if she would go on a contract with him, which would take her to the country she fled from. Kyara reluctantly agreed and for the first time since she escaped, she crossed into her birth country. They eventually arrived at the home of where she was once a slave. as Ion said that the daughter of the person she killed agreed to talk about group who raided her village. Nervously she walked in and Ion questioned the daughter while Kyara never spoke. They left without ever saying a word about what happened years ago. They learned about some of the grunts who sell the slaves occasionally in the town square. After the auctions were over, they captured some of the slave traders and doing what kyara does best, extracted the whereabouts of the main guys. In the night Ion and Kyara sneaked into their camp and silently killed most of the raider group leaving the leader. When the leader awoke in the morning, he found his band members all slain with Ion and Kyara waiting for him. Kyara confronted him and after not getting the answers she wanted, killed him to finally get some closure. She then joined Fangenclaw and traveled around/hunted with them, hopefully with one day she would find the surviving members of her family and village. (Kyara met Fangenclaw after the incident where Ion lost his arm and during the time when there were only 3 members: Ion, Zephyr and Garrette)
World/Setting: (Same world as Ion-Yggdrasil): Comes from a world that is a mix of now and older times (there is technology but also swords, knights and other medieval characteristics). The world also has magic users similar to adepts from Golden Sun.
Appearance: Average build and taller in height with a long thick tail, average sized wolf ears and red eyes. main fur is grey with white chest/belly fur and muzzle. Belly fur is outlined with red with average sized breasts and thinner hips. Paws and feet are white and dark grey with red accents. Hair is white with dark grey ear tips with red accents. Tail is grey with white under and tip with red accents.
Clothing: Wears a crimson red long coat that was possibly at one time was a different colour (stained with the blood of her enemies), black leggings with high black boots with straps. She wears black armored bracers that leave her hands exposed (so she can use her claws). When not on contract she will normally just wear her fur. When she was a slave, she wears a ID collar with a maid's outfit, rags or bare fur.
Accessories: Has a big long sword (similar to a zweihander).
