Again, a general rule of thumb: If something has a "Do not touch" sign on it, you /probably/ shouldn't touch it. Because it doesn't really matter how big of a fan of Cynder you are, if you tell her that after you brought her to life, she'll just glance at you and say something like "That's nice" in a slightly condescending tone.

But yeah, that's basically what's happening here. The big Spyro fan touched a life-sized Cynder plushie which ended up bringing it to life. She's very pleased to finally be released, and will do everything in her power to stay that way.
