Pokemon - Bulbasaur and Snivy

Not sure what they're dreaming about here, but I'd guess it's something fairly nice. :)

Go figure that my two favorite Grass-type starters are on (nearly) opposite ends of the Generation spectrum.

Bulbasaur, Snivy, and all Pokemon everywhere belong to Nintendo and GameFreak.
Do not steal them. GameFreak will have your socks.

I agree! I have to admit that I tend to start with the Fire-types from the gate, but I adore these two. Snivy was actually the first Grass-type starter that I launched a journey with, but I've made sure to always have a Bulbasaur in my team somewhere. (And subsequently Ivysaur and Venusaur, of course, haha)

Heh, same here. I usually start with the Fire-types as well -particularly Blaziken, my all-time favorite Pokemon. But in some games I've started with the Water-type starter as well, such as Samurott and Feraligatr.

I think I only ever started with a Water-type once, in one of my restarts of Red waaay back when...but thinking on it, that would be the only time. :x
