~~ Icarus ~~
Ok so this was a really delayed upload here. X'D I forgot I had this on my DA account, and I kinda realized I needed it here. Cause it's [b]AWESOME~[/b]
But yea, anyway XD This is a picture, the [i]first[/i] picture of Skullette's "Partner" Icarus. He's a large, EPIC looking "demon snake" that she encountered during her free time around the ARC Academy School Grounds. How the snake managed to stay ALIVE in said school grounds, especially consideirng the School Guardian literally is able to see [b]EVERYTHING[/b] that goes on there, is a bit of a mystery. Perhaps it was hanging out outside the school grounds, but somehow got inside, and Skull found it before the School Guardian did..?
Or well, more likely after, since it was injured when she found it. X'D
But yea, this is their first encounter! After Skull heals him up (because he was so weak and injured that when he tried to attack her out of fear for his life, he literally just fell on her X'D) he quickly coiled her up and captured her. But her kindness and less-than-normal reaction to him caused him to spare her life and eventually let her go. After that....I could only guess he kept an eye on her, because she was very "odd" and interesting to him. And after she gets into a real deep problem with a small group of powerful Winged Demons, he decides to return the favor, charge in and save her. From that, a bond forms, and he becomes a closely bonded companion, and her "Partner," as he follows her around and sticks right to her side to protect her and help her. ^^
Also, why the name Icarus..? Well~
This epicness is their theme! I see it fitting well, both to their first actual encounter (the above picture) and just them in general. Mainly because it's beautiful, but badass, because they, as a pair, share a beautiful, strong bond, but are a BADASS team! XD
