Final Project (Ghost Rider end scene)
Okay, for this project, I had to score a scene. I'm not providing the scene since I don't own the movie nor do I have any copyright within the movie. I was able to score it because my teacher had a connection to it and has a bit of copyright in it. What we had to do first was make music and mock it up to the scene, and we all did that and gave feedback of what could be improved, fixed, or what we like about it. After that, we had to make a score of the string parts so we could record some live strings (which I don't know all their names, but there were 7 violinists, 3 violists, 2 cellists, and 1 bassist). For the recording, we had to keep going no matter what, and we were given three sessions. After that, we had to record a french horn player (I can't remember her name) and she had a funny comment about my part for her. She didn't like how she played started on a high note hehe but it was an awesome joke. I also took a step in getting my friend, Alison Keller, to record some live flute for the project. This project was fun, and I look forward to trying to get into some projects in the future.
